"Still the best overall Web Host in 2009..."
I have been using Kiosk's services for nearly 10 years. In that time, there has been the occasional problem. In fairness, this has often to do with a script not working or something failing to operate as it once did.
The proof of the pudding is in their ability to rise to the challenge of dealing with problems, and from the table below and left, you will see that I have given Kiosk 5 stars out of 5 for support.
This is no mean achievement, believe me!
Logging a ticket is straight forward from their web site, and response time are usually within 2 hours, and often a lot quicker. This is irrespective of the time of day that I post queries.
And their support is not superficial either. They have on occasion gone what I consider to be beyond the call of duty in addressing issues that I have had.
The resources that they offer on their entry scheme are more than adequate, although when I moved up the schemes, I had complete control over the resources allocated to any one site.
Kiosk's sites are fully featured, although they have been slow in upgrading some modules in the past. This has improved in recent years.
The Verdict:
Kiosk are not the cheapest, but only just. They do have a wide range of schemes, and those at the top end are exceptional value for money. They do, however offer a $1 trial, which is a great way to see what you get for your money. As you can see, I place high store by their support, and they achieve top marks for that alone.
